Result Printing & Submission for Class Allocation

Purpose:
- Results will be tendered to class teachers for proper allocation of students to their new classes.
- This process helps the school ensure that each student is placed correctly for the new academic session.
Guidelines for Parents & Students
Print Results: All results must be printed clearly (no screenshots or handwritten copies).
Submission: Students should submit their results to their class teachers on the first day of resumption.
Verification: Results will be checked and recorded by the academic office before final class lists are confirmed.
Non-Compliance: Students who fail to tender their results may experience delays in class placement until results are provided.
Importance
- Ensures smooth transition into the new class.
- Helps teachers identify students’ strengths and areas needing support.
- Maintains proper academic records for every child.
Parental Role
We kindly request parents to:
- Assist their children in printing results before resumption.
- Ensure submission on the first day to avoid disruptions.
- Encourage honesty and responsibility in result presentation.
Together, we can make the new session organized, effective, and focused on academic excellence.
